As a psychiatric practitioner with advanced qualifications in Non-Medical Prescribing, Decency built a legacy of service within the UK’s National Health Service (NHS). His deep understanding of human behaviour, psychology, resilience, and performance under pressure has become the foundation of his transformative leadership style.

He holds a Level 7 Non-medical prescribing qualification from University College, Birmingham, UK. Decency also holds. A Doctorate degree in Strategic Leadership from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, California, USA.
